About the Attorney

I am Dr. Apolka Bércesi, attorney-at-law, economist, and legal and business consultant.

I have gained several decades of professional experience in both the legal and economic fields. I have worked, among others, as a corporate lawyer for business entities, as a debt recovery specialist for large enterprises, and within public administration in the areas of legislative drafting, information security, and cybersecurity regulation.

I acquired my experience in the drafting and countersigning of legal documents, as well as in litigation, at two law firms and at the Liszt Academy of Music.

As an attorney and business consultant, I primarily provide representation for private individuals and business entities in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

For private individuals, I offer assistance in matters such as real estate sale and purchase, inheritance, divorce, marital agreements, and termination of joint ownership, in the form of legal consultation, document drafting, or litigation services.

For business entities, I undertake the preparation of frequently used corporate contracts (such as employment, agency, and business contracts) within the framework of permanent or ad hoc retainers, as well as representation of the company in both court proceedings and out-of-court settlements. Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience in the economic sector and my degree in economics, I provide continuous advisory support to guide companies through challenging periods or planned growth phases.

I believe that every problem can be remedied.

I offer the knowledge and experience accumulated over the past decades to those who turn to me for consultation.
